Flit Privacy Policy

Flit is a local-first photo editing app for iPhone and iPad. We respect your privacy and design Flit to process your photos primarily on your device.

Information We Collect

Flit does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or other account information.

Photos and Editing Data

Photos you import into Flit are processed on your device. Drafts, templates, and editing history are stored locally on your device.

Flit does not upload your photos, drafts, templates, or editing records to our servers.

Photo Metadata and Location

When available, Flit may read photo metadata such as camera model, lens information, date, time, and location coordinates to help create camera-style watermarks.

If you choose to use location-based watermark information, Flit may use Apple location or map services to convert coordinates into readable place names. This process may send location coordinates to Apple for reverse geocoding. Flit does not store this information on our servers.

Network Access

Flit is designed for offline photo editing. Some system features, such as location name lookup, may require network access through Apple services.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Flit does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos or editing data with third parties.

Children’s Privacy

Flit is not intended to collect personal information from children. Because Flit does not require accounts or collect personal profile information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Control

You can delete drafts, templates, and exported images from your device at any time. You can also manage photo and location permissions in iOS Settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
